Fridge not cold but freezer works
One of the most common home-fridge faults — usually airflow, a defrost issue or a fan, not the whole fridge. We find which.
Not cooling at all
Running but nothing's cold — could be the sealed system, a leak, the compressor or controls. We diagnose the cause, not just top up gas.
Stopped after a power outage
A surge or blackout can knock out the board or compressor start. We test it properly before condemning the fridge.
Water leaking or pooling

What does a fridge repair cost in Sydney?
Honest answer: it depends on the fault and the brand — so we don't quote a repair sight-unseen. What we do promise is no surprises.
We charge a clear call-out and diagnostic fee, which we tell you before we attend. The technician diagnoses the fault on-site, then quotes the repair upfront — you approve the price before any work starts. If common parts are on the van, a lot of jobs are done in the one visit. We never substitute parts or do extra work without your say-so.
If your fridge has lost refrigerant, we're ARC-licensed (L057415) to find and repair the leak and re-gas it correctly — not just top it up so it fails again a month later.
As a rough guide, if a repair costs more than about half the price of a comparable new fridge and the unit is over 10–15 years old, replacing can be the better call. We'll give you an honest view on the day rather than pushing a repair that isn't worth it — that's why people keep calling us back.
